 Hydraulic Dock Levelers are an easy and convenient solution to suit your loading dock needs. They are operated by a single push button control with a constant pressure feature to ensure safety throughout their cycle. The docks are designed with a four inch tilt in the rear hinge to compensate for any uneven truck beds. The deck, lip & hinge tube are constructed using high-tensile steel with minimum 50,000 lbs. yield on all capacities of dock levelers. Other features include: - Capacities up to 100,000 lbs.
- Formed Beam & I-Beam construction
- Heavy Duty Cylinders consisting of 2” Main & 1 ½” Lip
- North American made 1 hp. powerpacks available in any voltage

 A Conversion Kit is used to convert a mechanical dock which is in good structural condition to a fully hydraulic dock leveler. Our kits are universal and can therefore be used on any make of dock leveler. They are comprised of: - (1) Tested Power Pack
- (1) Push button control
- (1) 2” Main Cylinder
- (1) 1 ½” Lip Cylinder
- (1) Velocity Fuse
- (2) Hydraulic Hoses
- All mounting hardware including brackets, pins and fittings
